Taking the Cigna Health Assessment saves you $800 a year on your health plan premiums — and it unlocks MotivateMe, a program that lets you earn up to $100 in gift cards each year.
How to Get Started
Log on to myCigna and go to Wellness & Incentives (under the Wellness dropdown) to take the Health Assessment. This activates your MotivateMe account.
How to Earn MotivateMe Incentives
You can earn up to $50 in each of two categories — preventive care and coaching — for a total of up to $100.
Preventive Care (50 points = $50)
Complete any one of the following between January 1 and December 31, 2026:
- Annual physical
- Annual Ob/Gyn exam
- Dental preventive exam
- Mammogram
- Colon cancer screening
- Cervical cancer screening
- Prostate cancer screening
Coaching (50 points = $50)
Complete any one of the following between January 1 and December 31, 2026:
- At least 3 visits with an MNPS health coach
- At least one session with a Cigna health coach by phone
- Omada, a program focused on diabetes and hypertension
- Virta, which can help you reverse Type 2 diabetes or lose weight
- Cylinder, a digestive health program
- MNPS's 9-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course
How to Redeem
Log on to myCigna to redeem your points. Watch for your gift card to arrive in the mail — it works like a debit card anywhere debit is accepted.
