  • Log on to GuidanceResources and select Well-Being Coaching under the Health & Well-Being tile.

Huddles

Join live, online groups built around education, skill building and peer connection. Choose from:

  • Alliances, safe spaces to connect with others who share your background or experience, such as parents or LGBTQIA+
  • Webinars, listen-and-learn sessions on topics like finances, relationships and coping with stress
  • Practices, shorter guided exercises such as mindfulness or relaxation

New sessions are added every month. To see what's coming up and register, log on to GuidanceResources (Web ID: MNPS), scroll down and select Browse All Services, then choose Online Huddles.

GuidanceResources Online

  • Your hub for every EAP resource — counseling, Huddles, coaching and more — anytime, anywhere, free to you.
  • Log on to GuidanceResources or the GuidanceNow app and register using Web ID: MNPS.

EAP Cost

EAP services are free to you and your household family members. Your EAP provider will determine how many visits you need based on your individual situation. If you need more support than the EAP provides, you'll be connected to additional behavioral health resources through your health plan — so you won't be left without options.

How to Get Started

Help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Call 1-888-297-9028. A counselor will ask a few questions and connect you with the right provider or support.
  • Visit GuidanceResources or the GuidanceNow app and create a personal login using company web ID: MNPS.

All contact is completely confidential.

For Managers and Supervisors

The EAP also offers a separate consultation service for managers dealing with employee performance or disciplinary concerns. You'll have 24/7 access to master's-level clinicians who can help you navigate these situations. Call 1-888-297-9028.
