How the Hearing Plan Works

• When you use a Start Hearing provider, there are no deductibles, copays or coinsurance. The $1,400 benefit is the only limit that applies.
• This plan does not cover out-of-network providers, so you'll need to choose from the Start Hearing network to receive benefits.
